Veteran the Revolutionary, French and Indian Wars. Reinforced Washington’s forces in NY with his CT men in 1776. Married Hannah Avery 8/11/1740.

Married 5/24/1812 & had 5 children. Jacob, son of Jacob Gallup & Rebecca Morgan and grandson of Nathan Gallup & Sarah Giddings. Parthenia, daughter of Stephen Morgan. After her death Jacob married Sarah Bill.

A descendant of Lodowick Gallup through his daughter Fanny Gallup Williams.
